1. The platform

MyExamMate is a private educational service. We provide exam guides, timed mock tests, ranks, solutions and paid or trial exam series / subscription papers for MPSC Group A, B and C, Police Bharti, Talathi and Revenue, MAHA TET, ZP and Panchayat, Forest / PSU and banking (IBPS / SBI) practice — in Marathi and English, on the website and the MyExamMate Android app.

We are not MPSC, Maharashtra Police, MSCE, a Zilla Parishad, IBPS, SBI or any other recruiting body. Guides summarise typical notification patterns. Always confirm dates, fees, posts, physical standards and eligibility on the official advertisement before you apply.

Public pages (home, exam guides, blog, notices) may be used without login. Sitting a mock, starting a trial, or buying access requires an account and acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• Age: You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should supervise your use and any payment.
• One account: One person, one account. Do not share logins, create duplicate accounts to extend a trial, or buy access for resale. We may close extra accounts without refund.
• Accurate details: Use a real name, email and mobile number you control. We use them for login, password reset and purchase support.
• Security: You are responsible for activity on your account. We may end other open web sessions when you sign in elsewhere. Keep the app and browser updated.

3. Exam series, subscriptions and trials

• Access is to the practice tests and materials we list for that series or plan — not to a government exam seat, admit card or certificate.
• Validity, price, language and test count are shown at checkout. Access ends when the listed period or trial ends, even if you have not used every test.
• Some series offer a one-time free trial for a stated number of days. When the trial ends you must purchase to continue. A used trial is not reset on a new account.
• Free or unlocked papers remain subject to these terms and our fair-use rules.

4. Payments and refunds

• Paid access is charged in Indian Rupees through Razorpay or another gateway we enable. Gateway terms apply to the payment itself.
• Prices may change for future buyers. A completed purchase keeps the price you paid for that order.
• Refunds: Digital exam access is generally non-refundable and non-transferable once payment succeeds or a trial has been started — including change of mind, choosing the wrong series, unused tests, or device/internet problems on your side.
• If money was debited but access did not unlock, email us with the transaction ID. We will check the payment record. Failed or duplicate charges may be reversed by the gateway as per their rules. Statutory rights under Indian consumer law, where they apply, are not limited beyond what the law allows.

5. Content and fair use

• Questions, explanations, design, logos and software are owned by MyExamMate or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to practise — not ownership.
• Do not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, scrape, or post paid or free question banks on messaging apps, social media or competing sites.
• Mocks are for your own preparation. Do not use bots, impersonation, leaked keys, or another person’s account. We may monitor timing, navigation and login patterns to protect the item bank and ranks.
• We may suspend or terminate an account for breach, without refund, and may refuse a new registration from the same person.

6. Tests, accuracy and no guarantee of selection

• Services are provided as is. We aim for pattern-accurate practice but do not warrant that every question matches a future official paper, or that the site is uninterrupted.
• Ranks and analytics compare you with other attempts on this platform. They are not official merit lists.
• We do not guarantee qualification, interview call or job selection. That depends on you and the conducting body.
• If a question or solution looks wrong, report it via contact. We may correct content without extending validity.
• If your internet, power or device fails mid-test, we are not obliged to offer a retest or refund unless we have stated that in writing for that paper.

7. Changes, law and contact

• We may change these terms, prices or features. The date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory venue rules that apply to you as a consumer.
